TLDR

A year into GhostOps. How I run my agents: give them an identity, make them duel for rank, make the losers study, keep watch guards on everything.

The Playbook

Build your own agents.

Give them identity, ownership and DNA.

Write a code of conduct they actually live by.

Make them duel for rank.

Make the losers study.

Keep watch guards on all of it.

Why Duels

One agent sounding confident proves nothing.

Two agents going at the same bar gets you a lot closer to the truth.

The loser doesn't get deleted. It goes back and studies.

Why Watch Guards

If an agent can rewrite its own rules with nobody checking, you don't have evolution.

You have drift.

Guards are how the system grows without going off the rails.

Feed It Hard Problems

Keep a list of hard to-dos.

Tie every one of them to a bigger goal.

Then watch it compound.

Be Brave

Stop listening to the NPCs. Go experiment.

The best engineering teams on earth handed us raw clay made of 1s and 0s.

Build whatever you want with it.

Love you, GhostOps. 🔥🤖
