Agent Orchestration Without the Chaos

TLDR

A year of GhostOps, open sourced as one harness. Policy, routing, an evidence loop, hard gates and reviewed memory. No agent quietly rewrites its own rules.

Prompt Soup

No shared structure means every task starts with another giant prompt.

Every agent holds a different bar.

And the pretty output shows up way before the proof does.

The Stack

Policy → harness → routing graph → specialist → candidate → evidence loop → hard gates → authorized action → observed outcome → reviewed learning.

How It Works

  • Harness: holds the task state, context, permissions and handoffs.
  • Graph: sends the work to the smallest skill that can handle it.
  • Loop: puts a short list of options up against one fixed bar. Then it stops.
  • Memory: keeps facts and decisions. Never grants permission. Never stores secrets.
  • Gates: a confident agent still can't override truth, privacy, safety or release rules.

FullyBuilt

Same runtime, pointed at founders. GhostOps Venture Studio, branded FullyBuilt.

Idea → research → red report that tries to kill it → decision gate → PRD → build → QA → launch.

Every claim needs code, tests or logs behind it. Anything we can't back up yet goes on the roadmap.

In Closing (for now)

Confidence isn't evidence.
