Product decision system
Venture Labs
A control-room concept for deciding which ideas deserve engineering time. It routes ventures through intake, research, red-team review, a build/hold/kill decision, PRD, architecture, QA, and launch planning before build work starts.

The customer problem
Teams with AI agents, builders, and multiple product ideas need a way to decide what should be built, what should be killed, what still needs evidence, and what must stay blocked.
Shows how I turn a crowded idea queue into a decision path with stages, evidence, approval gates, QA, and a hard stop when the idea does not deserve engineering time.
What I built
A product workflow that makes the next decision clearer.
- Designed the venture path as a product decision system instead of a loose planning doc.
- Separated routing, validation, state tracking, work-product contracts, stage ownership, and QA so each agent or operator has a clear job.
- Made the decision gate the point where research, red-team risk, and build readiness meet.
- Rendered the dashboard as a portfolio-safe concept that shows the architecture without pretending it is live production ops.
Working flow
From input to controlled action
- Ingest the venture idea
- Produce the research pack
- Write the red report
- Record the kill, hold, or build decision
- Start the PRD, architecture, build package, QA review, and launch memo only after the decision is explicit
Inspectable evidence
What works in the current build
- Verified GhostOps Venture Studio OS and technical architecture docs
- Explicit intake to launch-memo stage model
- Defined review roles, state tracking, and work-product responsibilities
- Rendered dashboard concept with a clear illustrative boundary
Operating boundary
What this case study does and does not claim
The Venture Labs control room is an illustrative concept based on internal GhostOps system docs. It is not a live production dashboard, customer result, revenue claim, autonomous startup launch claim, or proof that every stage has been automated.
Available for product decision systems, venture-studio workflows, validation systems, and AI workflow architecture discussions.
